A New Englander in Bavarian Winter

I love winter! Especially when it’s cold and snowy and the lakes and ponds are frozen. In New England, USA, where I grew up, winter lasted from November until March. The world became snow-covered and deeply frozen for four months! Sledding, ice-skating, alpine or cross-country skiing, what fun. So come with me on a New Englander walk in Bavaria!
